Questions about Phone Charges

If you have seen charges from mBlox appear on your mobile phone bill, this may be for services which you have purchased from one of our clients (content providers).

If you have a query relating to services delivered over our network, our policy is to put you in contact with the content provider responsible for services. We can provide this information to you in two ways.

At mBlox, we do not create or promote mobile content. We do operate the network which carries many of these services.

In most cases the content provider's name will appear on your phone bill. However, in some instances the mBlox name may appear.

We work closely with mobile operators and mobile content providers to help ensure a well-regulated mobile content market.

Where issues arise, we help ensure fast and appropriate resolution.
